The failure to get go-to-market right is the reason why there are not more great companies. The talk will begin by defining go-to-market and then describing key components of rigorous and crystal-clear go-to-market strategies.
Why is this topic particularly important to you?
With experiences holding 10 C-suite positions, including 5 CEO roles, I appreciate how hard it is to build a great, enduring company. I set off on a journey 3 years ago to help executives be able to get go-to-market right so their work efforts can leave a meaningful legacy of making a difference in the world.
