Global Partnership Manager
The mission of the ST partner program is to amplify our reach and impact in changing how the world works on strategy. Making our partners successful, with new tools, concepts, simulations and solutions is vitally important to us. Supporting our partners’ business development and time-to-contract are core features of the program.
The role is part-time, 20% – 30% to begin with. Can grow into a full-time role over time.
Building & scaling the global partner network
The development of a world-class partner network is a key element in the company’s strategy roadmap. Partners are both a natural extension of Strategy Tools and a key go-to-market channel.
Most partners are highly accomplished consultants or consulting companies, many with an active portfolio of C-level projects and strategy engagements. Many partners are also faculty at leading business schools around the world.
The Partner Program can be split into three levels: Learn, Collaborate, Integrate.
Learn: partners focus on their learning of new tools, concepts, and simulations.
The focus is on upskilling partners to help them with service development, BD, and delivery.
Collaborate: partners develop joint go-to-market plans with Strategy Tools. Partners can use all and any ST content, case studies, marketing material, etc. to present joint collaboration projects to clients. The rule of thumb is 50-50 split on collaboration projects.
Integrate: partners become an integrated part of the ST team. They start operating under the ST brand, ST e-mail address and, for all practical purposes, become a key part of the ST team.

✔ Own the partner metrics in the scorecard
✔ Key role in developing distribution, partner network, and partner impact
✔ Design and build a world-class partner channel
✔ Help shape the end-to-end marketing strategies, both digital and analog
✔ Help define marketing strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc
✔ Lead the development of new revenue streams
✔ Design and deliver strategy solutions to clients globally
✔ Drive revenue growth, MRR, ARR,
✔ Build and scale Strategy Tools’ Global Partnership Network
✔ Run and operate the program on a day-to-day basis
✔ Work with global partners on BD, client acquisitions, and delivery of solutions
✔ Map and segment current partners
✔ Implement new ways of working with current partners
✔ Sign formal partnership contracts with all key partners
✔ Work actively with partners to develop new business opportunities, leads, and prospects
✔ Work actively with partners to develop proposals and solutions, based on the ST methodology and framework, leading to signed client contracts
✔ Proactively recruit new partners globally
✔ Onboard new partners
✔ Develop these into high-performing partners, leading to signed client contracts
Strategy Tools Partner Summit (Twice annually)
✔ Plan & lead all aspects of the ST Partner Summit, held January and June every year
Develop a world-class ST Partner Digital Academy
✔ Develop a complete digital Partner program; intro – onboarding – performance
