What is the Master Trainer Program?
The Strategy Tools Master Trainer is an advanced level strategy facilitator program. It is aimed at a limited number of highly experienced participants. Upon completion of the program, you will have deep insights into the Strategy Tools’ portfolio, you will be confident to run large, complex strategy sessions, internally or with clients. Beyond this, you will have a deep understanding of how to use the various strategy tools across multiple working formats, like Hackathons, Sprints, Bootcamps & Strategy Journeys.

The Master Trainer program is developed and taught by Christian Rangen.
Chris is a Thinkers50 Radar member and has over 15 years of experience as business school faculty, having designed and taught over 20 different programs and classes across strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, and energy transformation.
He has extensive experience designing and running executive education programs and online learning programs. His previous programs have had participants from more than 60 countries around the world.

Majestic mountains, fabulous fjords and visually arresting landscapes explain why Norway is a mainstay on so many travel bucket lists.
The Strategy Tools Master Trainer Program is hosted in Stavanger – Norway’s fourth largest city and the food capital of the country. The city is charming, surrounded by fjords, fields and expansive beaches. It is also one of the world’s leading destinations for street art and you will get to see the work by world-class artists around the city and especially around the Strategy Tools Studio (you just need to peek out the window).
Stavanger is also close to the Pulpit Rock, one of Norway’s most famous mountain hikes with arresting views. Weather permitting, we may plan a hiking trip up to the famous Pulpit Rock on the Saturday after the program completion.

The program fee includes all program materials + food and drinks when the group is in the Design Studio & Offices. Strategy Tools will also cover meals (excluding drinks) on our collective dinners. For other meals and evenings, this is paid individually. More details in the final program.
