What is the Master Trainer Program?
The Strategy Tools Master Trainer is an advanced level strategy facilitator program. It is aimed at a limited number of highly experienced participants.
Upon completion of the program, you will have deep insights into the Strategy Tools’ portfolio, you will be confident to run large, complex strategy sessions, internally or with clients.
Beyond this, you will have a deep understanding of how to use the various strategy tools across multiple working formats, like Hackathons, Sprints, Bootcamps & Strategy Journeys.
Why Join the Master Trainer Program?

Explore Magnificent Norway
Majestic mountains, fabulous fjords and visually arresting landscapes explain why Norway is a mainstay on so many travel bucket lists.
The Strategy Tools Master Trainer Program is hosted in Stavanger – Norway’s fourth largest city and the food capital of the country. The city is charming, surrounded by fjords, fields and expansive beaches. It is also one of the world’s leading destinations for street art and you will get to see the work by world-class artists around the city and especially around the Strategy Tools Studio (you just need to peek out the window).
Stavanger also happens to be the closest pitstop for adventurers on their way to hike the famous Pulpit Rock. Weather permitting – we will combine a team hike up to the Pulpit Rock (or Preikestolen as the locals call it) with the program.
Top Tip: Spend a few days before / after the Master Trainer program exploring what Norway has to offer – there’s a reason why we get so many tourists from all over the world.
Applications will close 4 weeks before the programs start.
No payment is required until your application has been accepted and attendance has been confirmed by you.
Accommodation and travel to be covered by the participant.
