Since the first Transform! sketch, on December 9th 2018, 1000’s of students, executives and business leaders globally have been through a Transform! program. Going live at Duke Campus next month
We are excited to partner with Tony O’Driscoll at Duke, to teach Transform! at Duke’s new CAIO – Chief AI Officer Program, in-person, in North Carolina this June. This will be the first opportunity anywhere to see the new Transform! in action.

This means anyone with the existing kit can purchase the 2.0 Expansion kit, do some minor housekeeping and be up and running with a fully fledged 2.0. Want to purchase the 2.0 Expansion kit? Register your interest here. This purchase opportunity will remain open from May 23rd to June 10th. We’ll print the orders week of June 10th and aim to ship around June 20th. If you do not order by June 10th, we are unlikely to offer this expansion pack again. It is simply too much hassle and time-consuming and expensive single print runs to keep doing this again and again, so book now or miss out.

1. If I have Transform! 1.0; can I add the new content?
Yes, you can. You can order the 2026 expansion pack here. You’ll see the Main Board is new, but there is a smooth workaround for this. With a little bit of housekeeping and sorting of cards, the new expansion works flawlessly.
2. If I run Transform! successfully today, do I need to learn anything new?
No, you don’t. Already solid on Transform!?, you got this.
3. Can this expand how and where I use Transform!?
Yes, absolutely. With AI and defense, Transform! is more relevant than ever.
